The Freight Escape Inc. has operated in the exclusive-use, emergency freight service since it's founding in 1989 by Edward DiPaolo and Edward Joyce. Since that first year, The Freight Escape has grown from two cargo vans and an idea, to a company servicing hundreds of large corporations as well as small companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders and yes, even trucking companies. As two individuals with six and fourteen years of airfreight operations experience respectively, we recognized a need, a niche if you will, that was not and could not be addressed by the trucking industry as it then existed. Just-in-time manufacturing and inventory reductions, reduced cycle times, technological advances, and instantaneous shifts in domestic and world markets make it necessary that we provide quality, time sensitive deliveries that exceed your expectations ... everytime!

The Freight Escape has also produced many firsts:
